Alicia Sellitti, LICSW
My approach to therapy is that “no one size fits all,” and to meet you where you are at in a non-judgmental space.
I work with adults in individual, group, and couples therapy, with people struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, and other mental health issues detrimental to a healthy, fulfilling life. All of my client relationships begin with an opportunity for you to talk and to have someone listen.

In our sessions, we will explore different chapters in your life, considering how past experiences have shaped your present, and how to set the stage for a healthy, fulfilling future. My practice is LGBTQIA-affirming, and welcomes all gender identities and sexual orientations, and all cultures.
I take an eclectic approach that is solutions-oriented, incorporating talk therapy with mindfulness and meditation practices; and as a classically trained pianist I have also developed therapeutic interventions using music as a unique approach to treatment.
If you are looking for someone to give you advice or tell you how to live your life…you won’t find it here. My role is to help you gain a better understanding of how you think, because you know yourself better than anyone else.
